Yes — we do offer financing its easy to apply and get started on your kasita journey asap!
Can I use these plans to pull permits?
Yes — our plans are designed with permitting in mind. Many customers use them successfully to apply for ADU and backyard structure permits. Requirements vary by city, so confirm with your local building department.
What format do the files come in?
All plans are delivered as PDFs. Print them at full scale, share them digitally with a contractor, or attach them to a permit application.
What if I need a custom modification?

Do I need a contractor, or can I build it myself?
